According to Real self
These burns can be caused from the
friction of the cannula or the high levels of heat associated with laser and ultrasound liposuction procedures. Burns are most likely to occur if with aggressive lipo. This is why certain states are so heavily regulated i:e New York
" Liposuction heats the fat to about 900 degrees, it can cause serious burn injuries. The tissues of the body absorb heat at different rates. Thus, the muscles, skin, and other tissues may suffer severe, third-degree burns during the procedure."
It is best to refer client to a dermatologist right away to lessen chances of permanent Scarring.
In the cases of very small burns the client can be advised to apply burn ointments and make sure that the skin stays hydrated as a moisture speeds healing.
After the burns are healed, apply scar removal creams, Silicone dressings and nourishing g skin oils and protect from sun.
Again have client see dermatology to determine the right burn cream i:e silvadene
